Your remix was painful to read (in a good way) and such an interesting re-interpretation of the world of the original. Different time period, different setting, different tone-- wow. When I read that and some others, I had my moment of freakout because I hadn't changed events or setting at all! "I didn't change enough!" I wailed.

But now I think that it's not so much about changing the story as about intensifying some aspect of it. I was thinking that what I wanted from my remix-er was to learn something about my story that I hadn't known about it before. I hope I did that for you!
