I just started watching House recently and I remembered being intrigued by this title and the original's so I came back to read them today. This is really lovely both as a remix and as a look at the character. Even though I don't know much about Judaism I thought it was fascinating how you worked these holidays into her life so that she's sort of reluctantly or accidentally observing them (fasting because she has too much work, ha!) even though she doesn't consider herself religious. I thought the Sukkot section was especially lovely.
