Eeeeee! *makes noise only dolphins can hear* *hands*

I just don't even know where to start! I love this. I love this so much. I love Dean's internal grumbling and whinging and how it really doesn't mean anything at all because he caves like a wet noodle anyway. I love the dialogue, it's so them. I love the...LOVING behind it; deep and completely unspoken but so much a part of them. I love Dean's first impression of the beach, verging on surly and how by the end, his description is totally different. I love Sam here, such a gentle, STUBBORN caretaker despite anything Dean says or does.... I love it. I love it a lot. Thank you.
