I have to thank you, Mystery Author, for this fic. Because it has seriously made my day. The freakish good cheer, the polish, the understatement...I don't know how you got this from the original fic, because that story scares the crap out of me (and I wrote it) but I think I kind of love you, a little bit. I don't know how well this works as a stand-alone, but paired with the original it's like one big psychopathological inside joke. Allow me to tip my hat to you in awe.
