LOVE THIS. No, really, the entire thing! I love the prologue! I love each interaction (especially with Lily - there was something wonderfully casual and comfortable about it which I don't often get to read about them)! I am basically eloping with your epilogue as we speak.
And don't even get me started on characterization because Sirius? Perfect down to every last detail. And Remus? Remus may have been an hor d'oeuvre here, but there were some insights into his character that were extremely appealing and skillfully.
