I'm so glad you like the story. I love Pyro (well, I do now -- I didn't until I started writing him, and then all this love for his movieverse character just exploded) and it makes me happy to know other people like my versions of him.
I'm really happy to know you liked Mystique, because I was quite nervous about writing her. Originally I had intended to expand on that scene and have more interaction, but, I'll admit, I chickened out.
