I'm so glad you liked the Pyro-voice. He's one of my favorite movieverse characters, and it's nice to know he works in my stories.
You were not imaging it, and I'm so glad someone caught it! I joined XMM fandom because I love Marie/Logan, and I wanted to work a bit of that into the story without being too obvious.
